Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of whole wheat bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp liquid milk
  • 1 onion
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey 

How to make:

  1. Make the avocado into jam by crushing the separated meat with the skin or you can use a blender. Add honey for sweetness.
  2. Beat eggs together with milk. Heat the oil over medium heat, and cook the onions until cooked. Put the egg and milk mixture into a hot pan. Cook the egg and milk mixture, stirring it until cooked, into scrambled eggs and drain.
  3. Toast the bread using a toaster or can use a pan that has been greased. Bake both sides of the bread until it changes color slightly.
  4. Spread the avocado jam mixture on the bread mixed with the scrambled egg mixture.
  5. Avocado jam toast and scrambled eggs are ready to serve.
