Healthy and Nutritious Cooking Recipes
Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of whole wheat bread
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp liquid milk
- 1 onion
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey
How to make:
- Make the avocado into jam by crushing the separated meat with the skin or you can use a blender. Add honey for sweetness.
- Beat eggs together with milk. Heat the oil over medium heat, and cook the onions until cooked. Put the egg and milk mixture into a hot pan. Cook the egg and milk mixture, stirring it until cooked, into scrambled eggs and drain.
- Toast the bread using a toaster or can use a pan that has been greased. Bake both sides of the bread until it changes color slightly.
- Spread the avocado jam mixture on the bread mixed with the scrambled egg mixture.
- Avocado jam toast and scrambled eggs are ready to serve.
