How to make vegetable fried rice at home with simple ingredients taste like good.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of white rice
  • 1 carrot
  • 50 gr peas
  • 1 sweet corn
  • 2 pieces of cabbage
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • Oil to taste
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 large red chilies

How to make:

  1. Puree shallots, garlic, and red chilies.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat that has been poured enough oil for sauteing.
  3. Enter the ground spices, saute.
  4. Add various vegetable ingredients, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Enter the white rice and stir until smooth and cooked.
  6. Vegetable fried rice is ready to be served.
