How to make vegetable fried rice at home with simple ingredients taste like good.
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of white rice
- 1 carrot
- 50 gr peas
- 1 sweet corn
- 2 pieces of cabbage
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- Oil to taste
- 4 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 large red chilies
How to make:
- Puree shallots, garlic, and red chilies.
